our Plymouth Meeting, PA location. SDI is the only authorized
location for service of the Rotorod sampler.

International Customers
SDI is pleased to have a large, and ever-growing, number of
international customers who rely upon the Rotorod sampler
to meet their airborne sampling needs. We would be happy to
assist you in recommending a product that best fits your needs.
Please click here to inquire about the products in which you are
interested and to obtain a Proforma invoice. An answer to your
request usually is given within one business day.
Once you have accepted the terms and conditions stated in
the Proforma invoice, SDI requires the following information in
order to effectively process your order:
- Name of your organization and/or person to receive
the order *
- Shipping address including street, city/town, state/
province, country name *
- Postal Code (this is very important if your country does
use a postal code) *
- Your Phone Number /Fax Number *
- Email address (if possible)
- Purchase Order/Reference Number (if necessary)

Payment
SDI requires prepayment for all international orders, and
accepts three methods of payment:
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards - The
simplest and fastest method of payment.
- Bank Wire Transfers - contact SDI for all pertinent bank
information, including account number, swift number and
routing number
- Bank issued checks written in US Dollars
Contact SDI To:
- Receive an accurate price quote, including shipping
charges
- Speed your order shipment (if paying with wire transfer).
Knowing the day on which the wire was initiated will allow us
to inquire with the bank to ensure proper transfer. Once this is
accomplished, we will ship your order without delay.
- Verify that we have all necessary information from you before
shipping.
* United Parcel Service (UPS) is the exclusive shipping service used
by SDI. SDI has found UPS to be the most reliable, efficient,
and cost-effective method for shipping orders internationally. If
you would prefer to use a freight forwarding company of your
choosing, SDI will add 5% of the order total to cover the additional
shipping and handling issues. Please let SDI know the date
upon which you require delivery to be made. All shipping charge
quotations will be made based upon the least expensive rate.
